La Chismosa!!! brings the cycle full circle as La Chismosa takes up hilarious stereotypes and dares to create new ones. Among its many themes, La Chismosa!!! interweaves migratory border issues, Xicana-Indigeneity with pop culture, education issues, mental health, Facebook chisme, motherhood, intra-cultural dialogues around in-fighting and tokenism, and as always, a provocative look at sexuality through her character's zany perspective.
